Terms of Service

Last updated August 3, 2026

Larkhire is a done-for-you job application service. These terms explain what we deliver, what we need from you, and how billing works. Plain language, no traps.

1. What Larkhire provides

Larkhire provides resume review and writing, and submits job applications on your behalf. Every application is prepared and submitted by a human specialist and reviewed before it is sent. Your plan sets the number of applications submitted per week:

  • Starter — up to 50 applications per week
  • Pro — up to 85 applications per week
  • Ultra — up to 110 applications per week

Weekly volumes are targets based on the availability of roles that genuinely match your criteria. We will not pad your count with irrelevant roles to hit a number. Unused weekly application volume does not roll over into later weeks.

2. No guarantee of employment

Larkhire does not guarantee interviews, offers, salary outcomes, or employment. Hiring decisions are made by employers using criteria outside our control. Anything we say about typical results is illustrative, not a promise.

3. Your account and your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the markets you are targeting. You agree to provide accurate, truthful information — including your resume, work history, education, credentials, and authorization to work.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything submitted in your name. We will never knowingly submit false information, and we may pause or terminate service if we believe we are being asked to misrepresent your background.

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Authorization to act on your behalf

By subscribing, you authorize Larkhire and its specialists to prepare and submit job applications in your name, to use the materials and details you provide, and to create application accounts on employer or job-board sites where required. You may revoke this authorization at any time by cancelling your plan or emailing support.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so the weekly volume you paid for is delivered in full. If a payment fails, we retry automatically and email you; service continues during the retry window and may be paused if payment is not recovered.

Cancellation and refund details are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Larkhire to apply on behalf of another person, to submit fabricated credentials, to harass employers, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and in cases of clear abuse we may do so without refund of the current period.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your resume, personal information, and career history. Resumes and cover letters we write for you are yours to use however you like, indefinitely. Larkhire retains ownership of its site, software, templates, and internal processes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larkhire's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost wages, lost opportunities, or missed offers.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

9. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Larkhire after that means you accept the updated terms. Price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless local consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring a claim where you live.
